  “Barney” tracks our progress toward the $1.5 million capital campaign goal.  To date, gifts, grants and multi-year pledges total more than $1.3 million.  We needed to reach $1 million to begin construction, and we’re working to begin construction in 2008.

In December 2006, we were delighted to receive a grant from the Philip L. Graham Fund, affiliated with The Washington Post, in the amount of $25,000. Gifts & pledges from supporters range from $25 - $75,000. Because of this generous outpouring of support, The Barns of Rose Hill will soon be restored to a new life of service as a vital center for community, culture and the arts.

• A $5,000 construction pledge from American Woodmark Foundation

• A $5,000 gift from a member of the community

• A $10,000 gift from a member of the community

• A $10,000 pledge from a member of the community

• A $15,000 gift from a member of the community

• A $15,000 pledge from a member of the community

• A $25,000 pledge from the Clarke County Rotary Club

• A $50,000 pledge from a foundation

• A $60,000 estate pledge from a member of the community
