Our mission is to create a space to celebrate life, the arts, and our culture; to educate in ways meaningful to our people; and to offer enhancement of the quality of life to our community and to visitors to our small town.

We will benefit richly from an active facility
                  in Clarke County’s seat of government
          that reflects the Shenandoah Valley’s
    agricultural heritage,
                 Reminding us—and our children—
           of our ties to the land.

  Barns of Rose Hill, reborn to a life of service
                 in Berryville’s Rose Hill Park,
            will be a space for learning, creativity,
            entertainment and celebration
     to benefit the people of Clarke County,
          the Valley and Virginia.
