Our mission is to create a space to celebrate life and learning, and to produce programs that, through the arts, enhance the quality of life for our community and for visitors to Berryville, Clarke County and the northern Shenandoah Valley."

It may best be said in this message from our Board of Directors. . .
 
 We have undertaken to create a vital facility
        in our county's seat of government
   that serves our entire population,
        reflects our agricultural heritage
            and speaks of our community character.
The Barns of Rose Hill will serve all of us,
           in special ways—
They’ll be a space for learning,
     creativity, entertainment and celebration
               for people of all ages….
          a community center in its truest sense.
