About: For over twenty years, the Eric Byrd Trio has shared its distinctive approach to jazz with audiences around the world. Rooted in swing and bebop, the trio draws on gospel and blues to create an expressive sound grounded in the rich traditions of American jazz.
A holiday favorite, the Trio returns with its spirited interpretation of Vince Guaraldi's beloved A Charlie Brown Christmas soundtrack. From the instantly recognizable “Linus and Lucy” to the gentle melodies of “Skating” and the joyful swing of “Hark! The Herald Angels Sing,” Guaraldi's playful, lyrical compositions capture the warmth, wonder, and nostalgia of the season.
