About the Program: Spend an “A Night at the Movies” with the Rainier Trio immersed in the beauty of cinema’s most beloved music. With warmth, artistry, and precision, the ensemble performs iconic selections from Fiddler on the Roof, Schindler’s List, Gabriel’s Oboe (The Mission), Chariots of Fire, Memoirs of a Geisha, Lara’s Theme from Doctor Zhivago, The Sound of Music, Somewhere Over the Rainbow, The Lord of the Rings, and Harry Potter.

From sweeping themes to moments of quiet lyricism, this concert celebrates the emotional depth and enduring appeal of music written for the screen, inviting you to experience these familiar scores in a new and intimate way.

About the Trio: The Rainier Trio is a dynamic ensemble featuring violinist and violist brothers Kevin and Bryan Matheson with pianist Melia Garber. Known for their vibrant and captivating performances, they offer diverse programs including movie music and a celebration of American composers. Their engaging style and virtuosity have won acclaim at prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall and Yamaha Hall, and they have delighted audiences across the U.S. and internationally. 

Date & Time: Saturday, November 22, 2025. Doors open at 6:00 PM, and the concert starts at 7:00 PM.

Ticket Price: All tickets are general admission. $25 in advance until 3:00 PM on the day of the event. $30 at the door. Children 12 years and below are free when accompanied by an adult.
