About the Program: Join us for an Artist Reception with Pam Klein, whose exhibit, Color Stories, transforms the language of color into a vivid, expressive experience. Working in oil and occasionally gouache, Pam creates dynamic compositions that move between gesture and geometry, inviting viewers to engage with color not just visually, but emotionally—an experience you can explore while meeting the artist and enjoying complimentary refreshments.
A longtime student and teacher of color, including decades at Parsons School of Design, Pam brings a depth of knowledge and lived experience to her work. Influenced by her years in New York and her life now in Virginia, Color Stories unfolds as a series of paintings that explore mood, movement, and the subtle power of hue.
Date & Time: Friday, May 8, 2026. The reception will begin at 5:00 and conclude by 6:30 PM. Visitors are welcome to come and go as time allows.
Registration Information: This is a free program, but registration is encouraged. Register online or by calling the Barns of Rose Hill Box Office at 540-955-2004 (hours). When our Box Office is closed, please leave a message.
